Here's the premise: A very talented lyricist from Chicago got bored of rap music and decided to go to England and form an alternative rock band called Japanese Cartoon under the alias of "Percivial Fats". Even though this rapper has denied complete involvement with the project and the claims of being this UK frontman, once you hear his voice, its clear who the mystery rap star is. So I will leave it up to you, who is Percival Fats? (Here's a hint - He's really cool....lol)
